AT STUDIO
* This mandatory rehearsal for levels 2 and up will be held at the studio. This will be a full run through of the performance. Ballet 1, Tap 1, Modern 1, Pre-Dance, Pre-Ballet and Creative Movement do not need to attend on this day.
* Hair must be done for this rehearsal as if it were the performance. Please NO COSTUMES or MAKEUP.* If you plan on staying, please try and park close to the car next to yours to fit as many cars as we can in the parking lot. You may also parallel park along the side of the building and feel free to block Caitlin’s car in.
* This will probably not be a good day to ask questions regarding the performance. Please try to address any questions you may have prior to this day. You may also call 978-852-7298 or email info@NashobaValleyDanceAcademy.com. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
To avoid parking lot issues please arrive no later then the scheduled time. We ask that everyone get ready upstairs to avoid chaos in the doorway.

7:00 PERFORMANCE
STUDENTS IN LEVELS 1 AND UNDER WILL BE DISMISSED DURING INTERMISSION.
Picking up your child – We ask that only one adult pick up each child or family. This will eliminate chaos in the doorway and hallway. Please enter the hallway and stand next to the appropriate class sign. Signs for each class will be hung on the wall of the hallway. Students will be dismissed in their groups to those signs. Then you may exit toward the lobby once you have picked up your child. Students may not leave the backstage area unless an adult is there to pick them up. Students in the first half of the show are more then welcome to stay and watch the remainder of the performance with their family for free. Please do not reserve them a seat during the first half. We are assuming that not all people will stay for the entire show and this will free up some seats in the theater.
Doors to the theater will open approximately ½ hour before the performance. Tickets will be on sale prior to the show in the lobby.
NVDA t-shirts and sweatshirts will also be on sale. Checks or cash only please, no credit cards will be accepted.
Flash photography is also prohibited.
Enclosed is a DVD order form. VIDEOTAPING DURING THE PERFORMANCE WILL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We have a new videographer this year. The DVD’s will be very high quality.
You may mail order forms directly to Joe Spanos or drop them off in the black box at the studio. Please make checks payable to Joe Spanos.
Flowers and gifts from the Country Florist (Wilkin’s Farm) will be on sale in the lobby prior to the performance and during the intermission.
